AFP Oklahoma is one of 174 chapters of The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). AFP, which represents more than 30,000 members in 197 chapters throughout the world, advances philanthropy through advocacy, research, education and certification programs. AFP fosters the professional development of fundraising professionals and promotes ethical standards in the fundraising profession.

Donna McCampbell, Tax Research Manager for MidFirst Bank, asks “Why focus on women’s philanthropy?” Women have become an influential force in the nonprofit world and it may benefit your organization to build a program that will inspire, educate and encourage women to become part of your organization. On September 3, Donna will explore the concept of women’s philanthropy and how it can benefit your organization.
Prior to joining MidFirst Bank, Donna was with the Oklahoma City Community Foundation where she provided planning giving services and worked with the Foundation’s Affiliated Funds. Donna also spent 11 years with KPMG as a Tax Senior Manager working primarily in the financial services industry. Donna is a CPA and holds an undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma.
